About Us

We envision a world where every potential therapy, if safe and effective, is available to the patients who can benefit.

About the company

Reify Health paves the way to faster, predictable, and more accessible clinical trials. Through its business entities, StudyTeam and Care Access, the company provides best-in-class clinical optimization software, with a focus on effective patient enrollment, and transformative clinical trial infrastructure that delivers research directly to more healthcare providers, communities, and patients wherever they are. Through partnerships with top biopharma companies, leading healthcare organizations, and thousands of research sites worldwide, Reify Health eliminates delays in drug development one trial at a time.

Vision

Our global healthcare system relies on clinical trials to develop new, life-saving treatments for patients. But clinical trials continue to be slow, unpredictable, and expensive. Reify Health is addressing this challenge in two ways: its StudyTeam clinical trial software empowers both the research sponsors who drive clinical trials forward and the doctors and research coordinators who care for patient volunteers, so that they can devote more focus and time toward the work that results in successful clinical research. Simultaneously, its Care Access decentralized research organization mobilizes the resources necessary to bring clinical trial infrastructure directly to patients, healthcare providers, and communities.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

At Reify Health we serve researchers and, ultimately, patients from diverse cultures and communities around the world. We are stronger and better when we build a team that represents the people we aim to support and maintain an inclusive culture where people from a broad range of backgrounds feel valued and respected as they contribute to our mission. We also work in an industry that needs to better engage people from diverse, traditionally underrepresented backgrounds in the clinical trials we run. Therefore, our work should not, and does not, end with an aim to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. We must also increase diversity in clinical trial participation through the solutions we create and the clinical trial ecosystem we aim to build.

History

Our journey started at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where our founders worked on clinical trials during their medical training. Motivated to help the patients they encountered access better treatment options, they founded Reify Health.

With the experience and perspective gained while working at a leading research site, Reify Health started building a software solution that would not only provide clinical research sponsors the information they need, but would also reduce the administrative work that sites traditionally endure when participating in clinical research. Our goal was to make clinical research accessible to more patients and more sites.

The solution was adopted rapidly by leading academic medical centers and other clinical research sites across the United States. Partnerships with leading biopharma companies followed shortly thereafter, and in 2017, with support from several top-20 biopharma companies and hundreds of research sites, we launched StudyTeam to enable sponsors and sites to conduct global clinical trials. StudyTeam has since grown into the "must have" clinical trial enrollment performance management system that powers the world's leading research sponsors and sites.

During our pursuit for better trials, we knew we had to go beyond identifying the right patients and enrollment strategies, and had to build the capabilities necessary to allow any patient anywhere to actually participate in a trial. Starting in 2015, we began bringing research to new patient populations through Care Access, our decentralized research organization that can bring a trial anywhere in the U.S. with more countries to come soon.
